Laneway Announce Aussie-Packed 2019 Line-up

September 18, 2018

Stop what you’re doing and listen up, kids. St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival has officially announced their line-up for 2019, and it’s a huge one.

Headlined by Aussie music forces, Gang of Youths and Courtney Barnett, the festival will also see Methyl Ethel, Middle Kids and What So Not take to stages across the country.

There’s no doubt that this line-up is a true celebration of Australian music, focusing prominently on home-grown talent which is awesome to see. In fact, 53% of the line-up is Aussie, whilst the gender split if 64% male to 34% female, organisers revealed.

The crew behind the festival also listened to the prayers of Melbourne punters, moving the location to Footscray Park for 2019. Other locations across the country will remain unchanged. Check out all the details below and let us know who you’re keen to check out!
