The Hot Dub Time Machine
If you’re looking for a party, then look no further than Hot Dub Time Machine. This act has quickly become synonymous with a good time with their feel good, throwback sets that pay homage to the choons of both past and present. Strap on your dancing shoes, because the gig goes for an epic two and a half hours. See where they’re hitting up below. Not playing your home town? Sounds like the perfect excuse for a road trip.
Headed up by vocalist Lauren Mayberry, CHVRCHES made waves with their breakout single, ‘The Mother We Share’, and a fresh, genre-bending sound. Fast forward seven years, and the group have dropped their third album, Love Is Dead. This record sees the trio skew even further into the pop sphere, with catchy hooks, soaring vocals and danceable synths. The group are heading to Australia for Splendour, but if you didn’t nab tickets, you can catch them at the below dates.
For some reason Aussies really love P!nk. We understand – she’s an amazing singer/dancer/acrobat who puts on one hell of a show. Well, Australia loves our gal Alecia Moore so much that she’ll be putting on nearly 40 shows over the next two months. Pretty incredible by anyone’s standards. Expect a lot of throwback bangers, insane vocals and aerial acrobatics at the below gigs:
